About The Role

As part of our growth here at TAC Healthcare, we are looking for a Receptionist/OH Technician to join our team in Inverness, on a full-time permanent basis, working Monday-Friday.

Our Receptionist/OH Technician is a dual role, completing both Receptionist and Occupational Health Screening duties. This will include greeting clients and visitors to the clinic, provide point of entry support for those attending the clinic, check in patients, process patient files and provide general administrative support.

You will also support our clinic to complete general health screening duties. This is an exciting, fast paced role, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

The working hours for the role are 09:00-17:00, dependant on business needs. The role will be mainly based in clinic, but there may be the requirement to work off-site on occasion, so a driving license would be essential for the role.

What You Will Do

  • Provide administrative support to the clinic team and Health Administration teams in other locations in line with company requirements.
  • Answer the phone in accordance with our call handling procedures.
  • Manage the administration of medical bookings effectively and accurately for all clients and patients.
  • Measure and record the following data; height, weight, BMI, peak flow, pulse, blood pressure, taking of bloods, vision screening, urinalysis, electrocardiography, spirometry, audiometry, drug testing, alcohol breath tests and fitness assessments.
  • Liaise with medical and administrative staff on matters of mutual relevance in performance of professional duties.
  • Ensure your medical room is stocked with the required consumables
  • Responsible for carrying out required calibrations and checks.
  • Assist in administrative duties associated with patient care.

  • Previous experience working within a clinical environment.
  • Hold a valid UK drivers license.
