Overview

Our Property team plays a key role in managing everything from lease agreements and legal documents to maintenance and major refurbishments.

Your Journey as a Property Administrator:

  • Maintain up-to-date property records, lease schedules and asset databases to ensure accurate and accessible information.
  • Coordinating day-to-day property maintenance and repair requests, working closely with contractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
  • Supporting the preparation and filing of leases, licences, contracts and other key documentation.
  • Monitoring critical dates such as lease expiries, rent reviews, and break clauses.
  • Assisting with planning, compliance and legal documentation as part of property projects and transactions.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider Property team.
  • Liaising with landlords, agents and legal advisors, acting as a key point of contact for all admin-related queries.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A highly organised and proactive administrator, ideally with experience in property or related fields.
  • Confident in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A natural problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with databases and document management systems.
