Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join the Regional Marketing Team. Working closely with sales and marketing colleagues, you will be instrumental in delivering successful marketing campaigns that drive awareness of the brand and product portfolio (books, journals, case studies) among librarians, academics and practitioners.

This role is remote-first, offering you the flexibility to work in a way that suits you best. You’ll be asked to attend monthly team sessions and quarterly company gatherings in Leeds, so being within a comfortable commutable distance is ideal.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Executing Campaigns: Deliver marketing initiatives that enhance awareness, generate leads, and increase usage.
• Managing Outreach: Oversee email and social campaigns to keep audiences engaged.
• Advocating: Promote and support participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars.
• Evaluating Performance: Track campaign success (ROI) and suggest areas for improvement.
• Managing Data: Purchase and organise marketing data to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinating Budgets: Support in budgeting and expense monitoring.
• Providing Administrative Support: Handle administrative duties for the regional marketing team.
• Improving Processes: Suggest and implement ways to boost team efficiency.
