The Castle Carvery Clocktower in Norwich is now on the look-out to hire a new Commis Chef to join the kitchen team. The pub is recently undergoing a huge investment, and we would love to add one more chef to the team ahead of the grand re-opening.

The Clocktower is part of Red Cat Independent Pub’s Castle Carvery syndicate. It is undergoing a vast refurbishment, and we’re really excited about showcasing the new interior to the people of Norwich. Castle Carvery is already well known around Norfolk for providing a great standard of British Carvery fare, and the new refurb at The Clocktower will only further elevate the standard of food and service. As well as the aforementioned carvery option, we’re really proud of the other menu options, featuring comforting fresh, home-made gastro pub classics.
