We are seeking a Reception Team Member to join our vibrant team. If you are enthusiastic, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Role Summary As a Reception Team Member, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service from check-in to check-out. You’ll manage bookings, answer inquiries, and assist guests with local recommendations, all while contributing to the hostel’s welcoming atmosphere. Collaboration with other departments is key, as is maintaining a clean, organized reception area. This role requires flexibility, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a dynamic and supportive environment with opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities
Guest Services: Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes. Handle reservations, payments, and room access. Address inquiries and offer recommendations.
Reservation Management: Manage online and walk-in bookings, cancellations, and modifications using the booking system. Ensure guest records are accurate.
Payment Handling: Process payments securely via cash, credit card, and other methods.
Communication: Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and social media inquiries.
Complaint Resolution: Professionally handle guest complaints or issues.
