HR Professional for Mental Health Advocacy

We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to help us recruit, onboard, and organize a team that will drive our mission forward.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration. Passion for mental health advocacy and supporting teams dedicated to trauma prevention. Understanding of the unique needs of remote and volunteer teams is a plus.

What will you be doing?

What you may be doing depending on area of experience? Recruitment Strategy Develop and implement effective recruitment processes to build a team aligned with HAPHE’s goals. Onboarding Coordination Design and manage onboarding programs to support new team members and ensure alignment with project needs. Team Organization Work closely with project leaders to assign team members based on skills, availability, and priorities. Volunteer Management Provide ongoing guidance to volunteers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Policy Development Assist in refining HR policies and practices that support a healthy, engaged, and productive remote team.
