Operational Excellence Practitioner
Are you looking to build a career in Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Projects? This is a fantastic opportunity to receive immediate technical training and develop a toolkit to enhance Lymedale Operations. You'll work closely with the Operational Excellence specialist and Senior OpEx Manager, receiving mentoring to design and implement a Continuous Improvement culture on site.
Our Operational Excellence department offers a clear career pathway, demonstrating the competencies required at each level for structured career development. You'll ensure the Work Performance System is maintained, support ad hoc requests across Logistics, and assist with project benefit cases. Collaboration with key stakeholders to drive Work Performance, hours reduction, support LEAN initiatives.
To be successful for this role you will need Good Mathematical skills, Good Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint)
