What you will do:
- In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product and clinical trainings to learn about our portfolio and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Provide support to Brand/Marketing Managers in the development of the marketing plan and in the execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop roadmaps, support in new product launches and drive central/local tactics, actions and campaigns towards business results.
- Sales enablement: assist in the creation of sales tools, materials and training – as well as in addressing sales inquiries, etc.
- In collaboration with Education Manager, identify education and brand experience opportunities for both internal and external audiences to increase brand perception and value.
- Support in the creation of customer engagement events such as facility tours/events/congresses, hands-on opportunities, etc.
- Develop trust and strong relationships with local marketers, sales professionals, internal stakeholders, customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Perform sales and marketing analysis, gather internal and external market insights, trends etc. for continuous improvement of our marketing activities.
- Travel percentage: 30%, as this position involves customer-facing activities and sales support in the field.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree is required (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Sciences or related).
- 2+ years of work experience is required.
- Ability to accurately and effectively manage (marketing) projects to ensure timely outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal communications, persuasion and presentation skills – with fluency in spoken and written English. An additional European language would be an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and to also establish relationships/work in collaboration with others.
- Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
- Impeccable work ethics & integrity in managing confidential information.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- 2+ years of experience in areas such as Marketing, Product/Brand Management or Sales within industries such as MedTech, BioTech, Pharmaceuticals or related is preferred.
- MBA is preferred.
