Outreach Co-Ordinator/administrator
Full Time | Nottingham Woodthorpe Hospital
We currently have a great opportunity for an Outreach Co-Ordinator/administrator to join our team at Nottingham Woodthorpe Hospital. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. This is a busy role liaising with patients, consultants and all hospital departments. We need an individual with a professional approach, excellent verbal communication skills, initiative and the ability to work within a team. You must be computer literate – experience with Word and Outlook being essential

- Liaising with patients by phone & letter
- 3 days a week expected to be the admin assistant for consultant at outreach clinics off site.
- Booking appointments
- Liaising with consultants and their secretaries
- Scanning & auditing of patient information
- Preparation of clinics
- Booking appointments
- Reception duties as required
- Excellent organisational skills
- An excellent standard of computer literacy to include experience in Word & Excel
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral
- The ability to work within a team
- The ability to time-manage
- Experience using a Patient Administration System (PAS) an advantage (desirable)
- Proven experience in administration and customer service
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
