FAMS is a Facility end Application Management System.


What you'll be doing


The successful candidate will:

  • Maintain good communications and relationships with client representatives;
  • Support Balfour Beatty Zero Harm Action Plans;
  • Demonstrate through attitude a basic understanding of the important Health, Safety and Environmental issues that influence the company;
  • Understand where sources of commercial instructions and procedures relevant to the business can be found and carry out action accordingly;
  • Work in accordance with the systems and processes that are prescribed by the business;
  • Understand the major cost drivers that influence a project and raise matters where a change in anticipated cost is identified;
  • Interrogate documents, and produce and present supporting information using common forms of information technology used within the business;
  • Understand their own development needs and embrace available learning opportunities.

Who we're looking for


The successful candidate will have the following qualities and experience:

  • Commercial understanding;
  • Good attention to detail;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • I.T. Skills - Especially Excel/Word/Powerpoint;
  • Storeroom management;
  • Procurement experience.
