All About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a varied role which provides business support to our Safer Communities team. Working within established processes and procedures such as responding to customer queries, compiling legal files, providing administrative support to officers as well as supporting with other administrative needs of the service.

All About You

Successful applicants will be dynamic, able to organise and prioritise their own workload and multi-task, be confident with using technology and keen to learn and support colleagues, as well as provide a good level of customer service. Experience of working in an administrative role would be beneficial.

We are busy service which provides a variety of functions such as dealing with environmental offences, as well as car parks and parking enforcement, blue badges, CCTV, anti-social behaviour problem solving, culture and leisure as well as the city centre market and events.
