Overview
- The appointed paralegal will offer legal support in immigration cases from the initial stage through to representation at immigration tribunals
- You will advise clients on asylum, visa extensions, appeals, and other immigration matters
- Prepare and submit applications, statements, and supporting documents.
- The successful legal professional will have proven experience as a Level 2 immigration caseworker
- Advocacy experience would be advantageous but not a requirement
- You will have a strong understanding of immigration law and legal processes and the ability to handle a high caseload and manage multiple matters
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
