We are looking for talented Production Associates to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Plant Operations department at Cummins in Darlington, UK.
Working a weekly rotating shift pattern, you should be able to commit to both shifts:

Education/ Experience:
We are looking for talented Production Associates to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Plant Operations department at Cummins in Darlington, UK.
Working a weekly rotating shift pattern, you should be able to commit to both shifts:
- Monday – Friday: 6.00am to 2.00pm
- Monday – Thursday: 2.00pm to 11.30pm
- Operate machines and production equipment to manufacturer parts.
- Maintaining both quality and safety standards while following HSE guidelines.
- Remains flexible and perform other miscellaneous tasks as required to meet production goals.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Welding experience - a recognized qualification and experience in Mig Welding is required for this position. (Applicants will be required to demonstrate Mig welding competence before an offer of employment will be made).
- Manufacturing knowledge.
- Ability to work under their own initiative within the recognized process.
- Ability to self-manage in order to achieve production targets.
Education/ Experience:
- Mig Welding – qualified or time served Mig welding competence is required.
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
