Job Description
In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Senior Point of Sale Consultant (Senior POS Consultant) to bring fresh insights and expertise to our technology department. This pivotal role will involve:
- Supporting the implementation and management of POS systems across various brands and companies.
- Providing go-live support, in person training (individual & group) and review support to ensure seamless transitions.
- Managing documentation and ensuring comprehensive records are maintained.
- Utilizing mobile ordering knowledge to enhance user experience (UX) and technical solutions, particularly in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector.
This role is positioned at CUK Level 08 within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home. Expected travel time is 25% on board our vessels

What You'll Bring

- Extensive experience with POS systems, including brand/company-specific implementations.
