- Leading a sizeable front:of:house team : coaching, motivating, and mentoring
- Managing service flow, floor plans, and guest relations with confidence
- Creating a happy, high:performing team culture
- Getting stuck into P and L, cost control, and driving commercial success
- Making people smile : guests and staff alike
- Experience at AGM or GM level in a high:volume, high:quality setting
- Solid understanding of both food and beverage:led service
