We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead our teams, ensure compliance with company standards, and act as the main point of contact for our local authority clients.

We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead our teams, ensure compliance with company standards, and act as the main point of contact for our local authority clients.
Key Responsibilities for a Regional Manager:
- Represent WISE and our partner councils as a key point of contact.
- Manage, audit, and support site operations and staff across your region.
- Ensure staff compliance with SOPs, including use of our Backoffice system and body-worn cameras.
- Conduct monthly audits, appraisals, and support staff training and development.
- Oversee staff scheduling and coverage, including managing absences.
- Lead operational delivery of new contracts from planning through mobilisation.
- Liaise with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and high service standards.
- Support enforcement operations, including issuing Fixed Penalty Notices if needed.
- Ensure proper use and management of company systems and vehicles.
- Handle incident reporting and support internal HR processes.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- A background in customer service with proven ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of reporting and scheduling tools.
- Flexible and able to travel across the North region when needed.
