Vet Surgeon

We are now recruiting for a Vet Surgeon to join the team at a busy small animal veterinary practice in the Blackburn area of Lancashire.

• excellent full time opportunity including 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota and no Sundays, no OOH.
• practice is purpose built with great facilities and equipment including; in house lab, doppler ultrasound, operating loupes, electrosurgery unit, tonometry, dental x-ray, orthopaedic kit etc.
• busy with wide surgical and medical caseload and a good variety of clients and cases
• role offers a great development opportunity
• ideally you will already have some experience in practice and routine surgical and medical skills
• CPD funding and Certificates are supported
• join a lovely, friendly team that enjoy socialising outside of work
• well located with M65 and train station nearby and regular bus into Manchester City Centre and stunning countryside of the Pennines for outdoor activities and walks
  
  

Person Requirements:

• Graduate in Veterinary Medicine
• Registered with the RCVS
• some experience in practice and routine surgical and medical skills
