Data Entry – Document data capturing – Entry Level

Location: Nottingham (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Type: Permanent | Full-Time

As a Data Entry Associate, you’ll work under ongoing guidance to accurately process a high volume of document transactions, including classification, data extraction, and system updates. This is a perfect role for someone with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to grow within a supportive and structured team.

The Role:

• Review and classify incoming documents
• Extract and verify data from documents and input it into internal systems
• Cross-check data captured via OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely task turnaround
• Prioritise workload to process up to 120 documents per day while meeting SLAs
• Maintain high accuracy and compliance with client processes and SOPs
• Escalate issues and seek guidance when needed to ensure productivity and efficiency

What you will bring:

• Ability to follow structured processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in data entry, non-voice BPO, or similar environments is a plus
