In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Corporate Financial Planners and assist the team with duties. Striving to build stronger relationships with a bank of clients and adding value.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies 

  • Full time role.  
  • Hybrid role – minimum of two days working in the Bath or Cheltenham office.  
  • Ability to travel to other office locations if required. 
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.  
  • Experience working in an administration role  
  • Experience of delivering accurate, relevant and timely information.  
  • Good communication skills. 

 

Desirable:  

  • Experience working in a Pensions or Employee Benefits administration role.  
  • Experience working with Auto Enrolment schemes.  
  • Experience of using Intelligent Office back-office system.  
  • Experience of working in a relationship management role. 

 


Key responsibilities  

  • Customer Service: Collaborate with the Corporate Financial Planner and Client Service Manager to deliver exceptional client service, managing queries and ensuring expectations are met. Maintain accurate client records and suggest efficiencies to improve service delivery. 
  • Employee Benefits Administration: Take responsibility for managing pension and health schemes, implementing new schemes, and ensuring compliance processes are followed. Support scheme renewals, membership changes, and administrative tasks, all while maintaining high service standards. 
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of client data, regularly monitor records, and process payroll inputs. Record all interactions and maintain CRM systems for a complete audit trail. 
  • Office Duties and Post Distribution: Handle key administrative tasks like filing, scanning, invoicing, and managing correspondence. Provide professional support to keep the office running efficiently. 
  • Service Standards and Processes: Maintain agreed service standards, exceed expectations, and refine processes to ensure quality outcomes for clients. Document all tasks thoroughly. 
  • Team Working: Build strong relationships within the team, support colleagues during absences, and actively participate in meetings to contribute to team success. 
  • Compliance: Safeguard confidential data, follow FCA regulations, and maintain accurate client records to ensure compliance at all levels.
