We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director (or somebody ready to step up into this role) to lead the delivery of a landmark mixed-use development in South Wales. This transformative, long-term project includes residential, commercial, retail, and energy infrastructure – anchored by a state-of-the-art data centre.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project through planning, design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with local authorities, councils, and all relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee all aspects of the development including residential, commercial, retail, energy infrastructure, and data center components.
- Manage large teams, drive performance, and ensure delivery in line with budget and timelines.
- Act as the senior point of contact for all project communications, decisions, and risk management.
- Proven success delivering mixed-use developments valued over £200 million.
- Deep knowledge of UK planning and approvals processes.
- Strong technical understanding across multiple asset classes, including data centers and infrastructure.
- Leadership of large, complex projects from concept to completion.
- Background in construction project management at Director level or equivalent.
