Our award winning Bertinet Bakery is looking for a Pastry Supervisor to join the team in Bath.

The role will include mixing, laminating, proving, baking, finishing and decorating our delicious pastries.

• Are a good mentor and have great leadership skills
• Have experience baking Pastries
• Have laminating experience using a pastry sheeter (Laminated Pastry experience required)
• Have experience making continental pastry products

Contracted Hours: 45 hours - Full Time

Working Hours: 5am - 2pm

Shift Pattern: Tuesday - Saturday

Pay: £14.20

Location: The Bertinet Bakery, Unit 11, Brassmill Enterprise Centre, Bath, Avon, BA1 3JN, GB
