The Role:

A leading UK law firm is looking for an experienced employment lawyer to join its Watford office. This is an opportunity to take on a senior role within a close-knit team, offering top-tier work and progression within a supportive and flexible culture.

Job Description:

• Handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
• Advise clients on employee relations, discrimination, contracts, TUPE, and tribunal cases
• Work closely with clients across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, pharma, education and finance
• Collaborate with wider legal teams on corporate transactions and advisory work
• Participate in the firm’s business development, mentoring and leadership initiatives
• Be an active member of a growing employment team while enjoying flexibility and autonomy

What we're looking for:

• Experience as a Senior Associate or ready to step into that level
• Strong technical knowledge of employment law
• Experience managing client relationships independently
• Ability to work collaboratively and across multiple offices
• Enthusiasm for team culture and mentoring junior lawyers
