Are you a skilled Nursery Nurse or Childcare Practitioner with a passion for helping children and young people thrive?
Do you want to take your career to the next level by working as a Healthcare Assistant, providing essential support to those with complex clinical care needs?

We are currently supporting our wonderful young service user who is preparing to leave the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, and we are seeking passionate individuals to join her care team and support her smooth transition back to her home in Blackburn.
She is a delightful little girl who thrives on interaction with her family and care team, especially during playtime. She loves playing with musical toys, enjoys listening to music, and watching cartoons on TV—her favourite is Mr. Bean!
As a Healthcare Assistant, you are not just delivering clinical care, but also building meaningful relationships through engaging in our service users interests and activities like playtime. It’s an incredible opportunity to make a real difference while gaining valuable skills and experience in clinical care.
We provide comprehensive training designed to enhance your skills in supporting children and young people, with a focus on clinical care.

- Tracheostomy Care
- Ventilation Management
- Personal Care
- Moving & Handling
- Gastrostomy Care (PEG feeding)
Pay Rates
- £14.00 - £16.00 per hour
- Approx. £145.00 - £160.00 (per 10-hour night shift)
- Approx. £112.00 - £128.00 (per 8-hour night shift)
- Full-Time & Part-Time Nights: 2-3 shifts per week, 9pm – 7am.
- Part-Time Days: 2 shifts per week, 8am- 4pm or 9am – 4pm.
