Healthcare Assistant

The role will involve working to ensure that the surgery's appointments, systems and processes are as effective as possible to allow us to deliver an outstanding level of care to all patients. This will be completed through a variety of different areas, excellent clinical care for patients, accurate record keeping, and clinical guidelines followed. Ensuring that you are safe; effective; caring and responsive to patients' needs. Equipment and stock are sufficient to service the needs of the practice and its patients.

The HCAs will work closely with clinicians and others in the practice team to ensure we are working as effectively as possible.
