We have a great opportunity to expand our Knovia marketing function and appoint a Digital Marketing Apprentice to report into the Tempdent Marketing Manager and support with Digital Marketing activities for Tempdent, our best in class company, focused on all things Dental!

Are you looking to launch a career in marketing? If so, our Tempdent Digital Marketing Apprenticeship will get you off to a flying start.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and agile marketing team in a growing business working across both business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets. The purpose of this role is to assist in the content development of our digital marketing activity. This includes writing blogs and website content, email campaign activity and social media.

As Digital Marketing Apprentice you will be responsible for providing a full mix of digital marketing support to the marketing team and the wider business. You will manage customer databases, create marketing campaigns to customer segments, build automated trigger campaigns for emails and SMS channels, develop leads for our business development team, and support with the building of user journeys to provide a smoother customer retention strategy.

The successful candidate will enjoy all things digital and technology and have a keen eye for data. A systematic and diligent approach to work will be required, together with the ability to work as part of a team.

Key duties

  • Creating and implementing social media marketing campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and YouTube
  • To assist the creation of digital content, as well as content for forums, blogs, guest blogs and press releases.
  • To support with maintaining the website and all related SEO activities
  • Creating and delivering fantastic user experience for our stakeholders (Employers and Learners)
  • To assist with answering customer enquiries on social media and forums where possible
  • Promote a positive and professional image of the company and all of the services it delivers through excellent customer service
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, competitor activity, innovations and opportunities to inform future activity
  • Assisting with planning, delivering and measuring targeted content driven marketing campaigns
  • Defining and implementing segmented and promotional email/push communication campaigns

Requirements:

What we need from you:

  • Level 2 English and maths
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is an advantage
  • An interest in content creation and social media
  • An interest in digital marketing
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Passionate, creative and data driven with a desire to learn and develop
  • A passion for marketing and education
  • Interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
