Ashton Gate Stadium is a unique sports and entertainment business with the core aim of providing integral support services to ensure the sustainability of Stephen Lansdown’s sporting group of companies which includes Bristol Sport, Bristol City, Bristol Bears, Bristol Flyers Basketball and each of their respective community charities.
Job Purpose
To keep the cellars across Front of House department clean and organised at all times. Ensuring preparation is done for upcoming events and equipment has been cleaned maintained and ready to use.
To support with stock across the stadium to ensure areas are set for match days.
To support on match days with match day operations with the Bar management team.
KEY OBJECTIVES
Manage storerooms to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation throughout each week Focusing on quality of service and guests/client/fan relationships
Hours: 5 out of 7 days

- Always Follow all EHO processes and procedures. Completing daily cleaning check lists
- To always maintain Heineken and Lansdown Cellars cleanliness and organisation
- To Support with Match day stock and supporting with match day operations
- To Support with deliveries and stock of areas and stores in the stadium
- Health and safety of storerooms
- Cleanliness of Heineken and Lansdown storeroom
- Hospitality Bar Manager
- Hospitality Assistant Bar Manager
- Duty Manager
- Stadium F & B operations Manager
- Stadium Front of House Manager
- Event managers and Supervisors
- Preparation of Events equipment
- Cleanliness of storerooms
- Responsible for ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times, with relevant paperwork to support
- To ensure equipment is stored safely at all times with clear corridors
- Report all incidents and accidents as required to the duty manager
- To report any hazards detected
