We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to join our team on a 12-month FTC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes, supporting master data management, and facilitating efficient production and logistics operations.


This will be a hybrid full-time role, with the ability to work from home up to 4 days per week. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for accuracy and isn’t afraid to take a proactive approach, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities


Master Data & ERP Management

  • Enter and maintain master data in the ERP system (e.g., customer and item setup).
  • Support data processing for ERP and business reporting systems.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives, including ERP upgrades.


Procurement & Inventory Management

  • Place and process purchase & transfer orders for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Expedite orders when necessary to maintain production flow.
  • Conduct monthly stock reconciliations between CMO stock and ERP system stock.


Logistics & Shipping Support

  • Assist Warehouse and Logistics teams with UK and international shipping documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and internal processes.


Supplier & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Manufacturing, CMOs, and Suppliers to resolve quality and delivery issues.
  • Host and document regular service review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.


Reporting & Compliance

  • Gather and consolidate data for S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
  • Support financial period close activities (month-end).
  • Assist with greenhouse gas reporting and compliance submissions.


What We’re Looking For


Experience working with ERP systems (Business Central / Navision preferred).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement, or logistics.

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
