- On target earnings £33,000 ( Base wage PLUS ADDITIONAL OTE £8400 )
- Base pay £15.33/hour + commission for each item sold - UNCAPPED
- 30 Hours per week (Days: Tue-Sat)
- FULLY PAID travel expenses
- Immediate Start available
- Progression into Field Sales Manager and beyond
The Role:
- Engage with customers to sell nicotine based products
- Achieve daily sales targets, with full accountability for your performance.
- Submit end-of-day sales reports
- Introduce customers to new brands and products, converting them into loyal
- buyers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with store staff and customers to maximize your
- sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the team to ensure you're hitting targets and developing your skills
What We Are Looking For:
- Highly motivated with a passion for achieving—and exceeding—targets.
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- Confident in using online tools for tracking sales and reporting insights.
- Be happy to travel within a one hour radius.
- Resilient and determined with a strong work ethic.
- Goal-oriented and driven by financial incentives.
