*Part-Time Position - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:45AM-6PM*

Here at Dental Beauty Partners, we are excited to be opening a search for a Head Dental Nurse to join our team at our vibrant and family-orientated practice team in South London. You will be joining a fantastic group of clinicians and wider support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Kunal Patel, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey.

Dental Beauty Partners are an award-winning dental group, with close to 35 practices offering a wide range of dental & aesthetic treatments, both on the NHS and privately. This will be a highly varied position, managing a team of exceptional dental nurses. You may also be needed occasionally across our practices in Dulwich and Forest Hill.

Hours
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:45AM-6PM

Key Responsibilities

Lead our nursing team, to ensure the practice offers the very best patient experience
Perform high quality dental nursing support in assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures in a safe and effective manner
Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC & Undertaking CPD in line with these guidelines
Assist with practice managerial duties when required
To act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintaining productive working relationships with all members of the dental team
To promote equality and diversity at all times and across all work activities, promoting Fairness, Respect, Equality, Dignity and Autonomy

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Ideally 2+ years of experience as a Dental Nurse, within a private or mixed practice
GDC Registration is a requirement for this position
Experience managing a team of nurses would be beneficial
Experience supporting a variety of general, cosmetic & restorative dental treatment is highly desirable
Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
