Who We Are
We are an Ofsted Outstanding provider of apprenticeships in the IT, Tech, and Digital sector. Our mission is to inspire learners, shape the next generation of Tech & Digital talent, and create life-changing opportunities. We innovate, grow, and focus on learner success – and we want you to join us.
The Role
As a Graduate AI Coach, you’ll use your knowledge and understanding to guide learners personally and professionally. You will motivate and influence your caseload of apprentices, helping them achieve their full potential through workshops, training, and one-to-one support.
Career Development
At Baltic Apprenticeships, we offer clear and achievable career progression opportunities for Graduate Coaches. Our coaching career pathway starts at Junior Coach level, with opportunities to progress into Senior and Specialist roles as you develop your skills, knowledge and experience.
Support and Mentoring
We have a structured probation and training period to help new coaches settle into their role and build confidence.
We anticipate that coaches will begin working with their first cohort of learners from month two, allowing them to put their training into practice early on. However, learning and development continue well beyond this initial period, with a focus on the first six months and ongoing support as coaches work towards their first learner milestones, typically over the first 12–15 months.
Throughout this time, coaches receive both technical and teaching CPD, alongside training on our systems, processes and ways of working. This ensures they have the knowledge, skills and support needed to develop into confident and effective coaches.
