We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join the team at Vertu Accident Repair Centre Mansfield, supporting the day-to-day operation of our busy Accident Repair Centre.

The role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the operation running smoothly, supporting the team and ensuring customers receive an excellent experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the effective day-to-day running of the Accident Repair Centre
• Planning and managing workloads to maximise productivity
• Supporting and motivating colleagues across the operation
• Monitoring jobs to ensure deadlines and quality standards are achieved
• Helping maintain excellent levels of customer service
• Working closely with the management team to drive performance and efficiency

What we’re looking for

Previous Motor Trade experience is essential, ideally within a workshop, bodyshop or accident repair environment.

You’ll be highly organised, confident communicating with colleagues and customers, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

A full UK driving licence is also required.
