Casual Fan Support Team - Reading Football Club

We are looking for staff to join our busy Fan Support team working on a match day at the Select Car Leasing Stadium. Your days of work will usually be Saturday (for a weekend fixture) and Tuesday (for a mid-week fixture)

The successful candidate will be able to assist all supporters with safe and efficient entry to the Stadium whilst delivering excellent customer service when dealing with supporter queries

Key Accountabilities:

To be trained in the use of a personal digital assistance device (PDA) ensuring supporters are admitted to the stadium correctly
To deal proactively, knowledgeably and courteously with supporter queries, providing a written report of any action taken to resolve them
To direct supporters to seating areas by checking tickets
To demonstrate consistently outstanding levels of effective communication and customer service
To carry out any other tasks as directed by your line managers
The successful candidate will be an ambassador and role model for all Club values and ways of working and exude a can-do attitude to work
To ensure that disabled bays are kept clear for the use of disabled supporters, and make sure that supporters do not stand in front of the disabled bays whereby restricting the view of supporters using the area.
To assist with the exit from the Stadium at half time those supporters wishing to smoke, and the re-entry into the correct area of the stadium at the end of half time
