Sales Negotiator

We’re looking for an ambitious, motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our team in Havant, a historic Market Town located on the South Coast between Portsmouth and Chichester. This is a full time position with OTE of up to £40,000.

What you'll be doing

• Generating opportunities and maximising every sales opportunity.
• Conducting engaging property viewings and showcasing homes to prospective buyers.
• Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers, providing guidance and support throughout their property journey.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Keeping up to date with local property market trends, legislation and industry regulations.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the property industry.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• A positive, self-motivated and target-driven approach.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
• A proactive team player with a commercial mindset and good business awareness.
