Facilities Co-ordinator

We’re looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to join our Group Services team, based full-time at our Banbury office.

You’ll play an important part in keeping our office safe, organised and running efficiently. From coordinating maintenance and contractors to managing supplies, responding to help desk requests and supporting health and safety activities, you’ll help make sure everything is in place for our teams to do their best work.

You’ll also provide general office support, maintain records, coordinate service requests and act as a friendly, reliable point of contact for colleagues, suppliers and visitors.

Working closely with our Facilities Manager and wider Group Services team, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own workload, spot what needs doing and make sure things get followed through.

We’re looking for someone confident and approachable, with great organisational skills and a practical, can-do attitude. You’ll need to be comfortable taking ownership, managing competing priorities and occasionally travelling to other APEM sites.

This is a full-time, site-based role in Banbury, with occasional travel to other locations.

You’ll need to bring

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload.

• Experience in administration, facilities or office support.

• Confident communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

• A proactive approach, with the confidence to use your initiative and solve problems.

• A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel occasionally.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience in facilities, help desk or office management.

• Knowledge of workplace health and safety.

• Experience coordinating contractors, maintenance or building services.

• First Aid or Fire Marshal training.
