What you’ll bring

  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Structural design experience in at least one of BakerHicks’ sectors, with power experience highly desirable.
  • Progress towards Chartered or Incorporated status with ICE or IStructE.
  • Experience with structural analysis software such as MasterSeries, STAAD or Tedds.
  • Strong working knowledge of Eurocodes, British Standards and CDM regulations.
  • UK project experience gained through employment, internships or graduate placements.
  • Eligibility for security clearance, which is essential for certain projects.

Why consider BakerHicks for your next move?

You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of major infrastructure programmes, including nationally critical power projects, with hybrid working options, support towards professional accreditation and opportunities for career progression.
