Welcome from the Principal:

I am proud to introduce you to Outwood Academy Foxhills in Scunthorpe, a specialist in transformative education and a proud member of the Outwood Grange Academies Trust.

We are an 'Outstanding' rated school by Ofsted, recognised as one of the highest performing in the Local Authority. Our relentless pursuit of first-class learning ensures our students make, on average, over half a grade more progress across all subjects than students nationally.

What truly sets us apart is our incredible, dedicated team. They are motivated by a shared belief in the transformative power of education and a commitment to our vibrant community. We value collaboration, innovation, and a growth mindset.

We empower our staff to do their best work, supported by outstanding training and CPD. If you share our passion for making a real difference and want to shape the next stage of your career, we would be delighted to welcome you. I look forward to meeting you.

If you have any questions or would like to visit the school, please contact Sarah Surfleet, HR Assistant at [email protected]

You will efficiently manage the operations of the Bridge provision, coordinating lesson work for students by liaising directly with teaching staff and producing specialized resources (e.g., for Anger Management or Social Skills).

Key administrative duties include assisting the Inclusion Co-ordinator with special needs procedures and producing individual reduced timetables for students. You will administer and assess routine tests, invigilate exams, and act as a crucial point of contact for vulnerable students, the EWO, and parents. Furthermore, you will manage initiatives like the 'Behaviour for Learning' programme and SEN Raising Boys' Achievement.
