Are you an experienced

Dental Receptionist or Patient Care Coordinator looking for a varied role with more involvement in the patient journey?

We're looking for a friendly, organised and confident individual to join our team at Eden Dental Centre, Blackburn, combining patient coordination with essential dental reception responsibilities.

The Role

You'll play an important part in ensuring patients receive a welcoming, professional and well-organised experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating patient appointments, consultations and treatment journeys.
• Supporting patients with treatment enquiries, follow-ups and ongoing care.
• Managing appointment diaries, recalls and surgery availability.
• Welcoming patients and handling telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries.
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Working closely with dentists and the clinical team to ensure smooth patient care.

What We're Looking For

• Previous dental reception or patient coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence managing busy appointment diaries and dental software.
• A professional, approachable manner with strong organisational skills.
• A proactive team player who enjoys supporting patients.

Hours & Salary

Location: Eden Dental Centre, Blackburn, BB1

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary: Discussed at interview, depending on experience

Start Date: Immediate start available, although we're happy to wait for the right candidate.
