Location: Preston (PR2 9NZ)
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)

At HomeServe, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for passionate, customer-focused Claims Advisors to join our busy Claims Department in Preston and help deliver outstanding outcomes when our customers need us most.

As a Claims Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers making a claim, taking ownership of every interaction and ensuring each customer receives a professional, efficient and empathetic service. We are looking for people who put customers first, take pride in doing the right thing, and are committed to delivering a positive experience every time.

Please note: This role has a fixed start date of 23rd November 2026, and due to the training and onboarding programme, successful candidates must be available to attend work with no annual leave booked during their first month of employment.
