Salary: £30,000 basic salary
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Union Motor Group have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our growing aftersales team.

We are offering a competitive basic salary of £30,000, excellent working hours and a fantastic benefits package.

The primary focus of this role will be supporting our Parts operation; however, you will also provide valuable support across the wider Aftersales department, assisting with warranty administration, service-related tasks and customer enquiries when required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing parts enquiries from retail and trade customers
• Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Identifying and supplying the correct parts to meet customer requirements
• Building strong relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service
• Promoting parts offers and identifying additional sales opportunities
• Supporting the Aftersales team with warranty and service administration duties
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring excellent departmental organisation
• Keeping product knowledge up to date through manufacturer and supplier communications

We'd Love to Hear From You If You:

• Have previous experience within the motor trade, ideally in a Parts Advisor or Aftersales role
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
• Are organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload
• Enjoy working as part of a team in a busy dealership environment
• Can identify sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships
• Have experience using Kerridge, although this is advantageous and not essential

Motor trade experience would be a significant advantage for this position; however, we are also keen to hear from motivated individuals with relevant transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
