What you’ll do
• Design and deliver a weekly calendar of fun, inclusive activities
• Support customers to build confidence, independence and social connections
• Create personalised support plans based on each customer’s needs and goals
• Work with volunteers and partners to bring in new ideas and opportunities
• Help customers settle into permanent homes and continue peer mentor support

You have
• Experience planning and running group or one-to-one activities
• A creative spark and passion for helping people thrive
• Confidence working with people who’ve faced homelessness or complex needs
• The ability to build trust and motivate others
• Great communication skills and a flexible, team-focused approach

The practical bits
• You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday.
• Some flexibility is required as occasional events may take place during evenings or weekends. When this happens, your working hours will be adjusted accordingly.
• You'll work at Clare House, Huddersfield.
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay).
