We’re looking for people to join our team, carrying out windscreen repairs and replacements across a wide range of vehicles.

We’ll give you the training and support you need to succeed. Your first week will be spent at our Head Office, where you’ll get started at our Training and Innovation Academy. From there, we’ll continue to support you with hands-on training and qualifications as you develop your skills and grow in the role.

Working hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• One in four Saturdays

What you’ll be doing

• Repairing and replacing vehicle glass on a range of vehicles, from everyday cars and vans to classic and high-end models.
• Providing great customer service and making sure every customer has a positive experience.
• Managing your own workload while staying connected with your regional team.
• Sharing feedback and ideas to help us improve our service.
• Developing your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and experience.

What we’re looking for

• An interest in automotive, mechanical or technical work. Previous experience is welcome but not essential.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
• A positive attitude and pride in doing a job well.
• A willingness to learn and develop a long-term career with us.
• A full UK driving licence.

Have you worked in a related industry?

If you have experience in automotive, mechanical or technical work, you may already have skills that would transfer well to our team.

For example, we’d welcome applications from people with backgrounds in:

• Glass and safety systems: Windscreen Replacement Specialist, Windscreen Repair Technician, Vehicle Glass Technician, Windscreen Fitter, ADAS Technician or ADAS Calibration Technician.
• Mechanical and body repair: MET Technician, Fast-Fit Technician, Mechanic, Vehicle Dismantler, Automotive Trim Fitter, Smart Repair Technician or Bodyshop Fitter.
• Electronics and diagnostics: Auto Electrician, Vehicle Diagnostic Technician, Telematics Installer, Vehicle Tracker Fitter or Automotive Field Service Engineer.

Whether you’ve worked on vehicle repairs, electrical systems, diagnostics or mobile servicing, your existing skills could be a great starting point. We’ll provide full training to help you move into automotive glazing, with opportunities to develop your knowledge of ADAS technology too.

Uncapped bonus potential

On top of your salary, you’ll have the opportunity to earn through our uncapped bonus scheme. Our current technicians earn an average of £330 per month in bonus, giving you the chance to boost your earnings as you develop in the role.
