  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar content-creation tools would also be beneficial, although confidence learning new accessible-content and communication technologies is equally important.
You will be able to:

  • Communicate clearly and adapt your language, format, tone and pace
  • Work alongside people and families as equal partners
  • Simplify complex information without losing its meaning
  • Facilitate inclusive and accessible sessions
  • Create engaging, accurate and purposeful content
  • Coordinate multiple activities, stakeholders, approvals and deadlines
  • Gather feedback and use evidence to improve future activity
  •  Use digital and design tools confidently
  •  Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement
Most importantly, you will be an exceptional listener who is patient, curious and comfortable adapting your approach. You will be reliable, approachable and committed to ensuring people retain choice, control and influence.

You will combine creativity with attention to detail and bring the integrity needed to protect people’s dignity, privacy and voice.
