Housekeeper - Bear Hotel

Welcoming locals, visitors, diners, and hotel guests, The Bear Hotel is known for its warm atmosphere, comfortable accommodation, quality food and drink, and excellent customer service.

We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our guest accommodation is clean, comfortable and welcoming, helping us create the high-quality experience our guests expect from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to the highest standards.
• Ensuring rooms are presented beautifully and ready for arriving guests.
• Replenishing toiletries, linen and guest supplies as required.
• Reporting any maintenance, repair or health and safety concerns promptly.
• Following housekeeping schedules and cleaning procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout guest and back-of-house areas.
• Working closely with other team members to ensure guests receive an excellent experience.
• Taking pride in creating welcoming spaces that leave a lasting impression on our guests.

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is welcome but not essential. If you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
