iMultiply is delighted to be supporting a high-profile employer in the recruitment of a Finance Analyst to join its finance function during a period of substantial business change, systems evolution, and operational transformation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys combining strong technical accounting expertise with process improvement and diverse stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of core financial reporting and control activities across a designated area of the business.
• Deliver accurate and insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure robust governance, compliance and audit readiness.
• Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve financial processes.
• Review and challenge financial information produced by wider finance teams.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues where required.
• Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiencies.
• Contribute to business change, systems enhancement and transformation initiatives.

About You

We're looking for a qualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong financial control and reporting experience gained within a large, complex environment. You'll bring solid technical accounting knowledge, strong Excel and ERP skills, alongside the ability to engage and challenge stakeholders effectively.
