Are you a passionate, commercially minded leader who loves fitness, people and making a positive impact? Absolutely Fitness Bracknell is looking for an ambitious and hands-on Gym Manager to lead our team, grow our membership and deliver an outstanding experience for every member.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the team: Motivate, develop and support your team to deliver outstanding service every day.
• Driving membership growth: Take ownership of membership sales, lead generation, retention and club performance.
• Creating an amazing member experience: Make sure every member feels welcome, supported and motivated.
• Running the club: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety and maintenance.
• Delivering results: Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities and take action to achieve business targets.
• Building a great culture: Create a positive, energetic environment where the team and members can thrive.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a management or leadership role, ideally within the fitness, leisure or hospitality industry.
• A natural leader who can motivate, coach and develop a team.
• A commercial mindset with the drive to achieve sales and membership targets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive, organised and hands-on approach.
• A genuine passion for health, fitness and helping people achieve their goals.

You will need to be available to work evenings and weekends.

Ideally come from a management or leadership role but we welcome applicants who are looking for their next step up into management.
