At Vertu Accident Repair Centre Truro, we are investing heavily in our facilities, technology and people. We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled

Panel Beater to join our growing team and work with state-of-the-art equipment, the latest repair technology and manufacturer-approved processes.

We are offering a £35,000 basic salary with an OTE of up to £50,000.

You will work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, so no weekend working involved!

About The Role

As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out panel repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Removing and refitting MET components.
• Repairing or replacing damaged vehicle panels.
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Working efficiently to maintain productivity and cycle time targets.
• Identifying additional damage and reporting findings accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair environment.
• Ability to complete your own MET work.
• Strong understanding of modern vehicle construction and repair techniques.
• Experience working with a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• ATA or NVQ accreditation.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Positive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Your own tools
