Scaffolding Trainer/Assessor (Trainee, Full Training Provided)

day one, with full training and mentoring. No training experience needed. Permanent, directly employed, with a relocation

package tailored to you. Salary £43,000 – £53,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Essential Criteria

• CISRS Scaffolder card held for 10+ years
• 5+ years as a charge-hand, foreman or supervisor
• Good IT skills and excellent communication skills
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Willing to travel for shadowing and live near Exeter
• Right to work in the UK. We cannot offer visa sponsorship

Desirable

• CISRS Advanced card
• Experience of coaching or mentoring apprentices and new starters

Your development

• Level 3 teaching qualification, paid for by PVF
• CISRS Train the Trainer programme
• Shadowing at an accredited CISRS centre
• Mentoring and a clear path to lead trainer

Duties

• Help set up the centre: training area, materials and records
• Teach, coach and assess delegates as you are approved to
• Support and motivate learners, adapting delivery to their needs
• Keep accurate learner records to CISRS and PVF standards
