Drivers Mate Days Motherwell

Logistics done differently.

Are you currently working in a warehouse environment or as a driver’s mate? Do you enjoy being active and working as a 2-person team? We are looking for flexible Drivers Mates to join us at our site in Motherwell on a permanent basis.

You will be supporting us with one of our contracts working on the day shift. The role involves multi drop deliveries to customer at various locations. This is a very varied contract, so it gives you the chance to do something different every day.

Pay, Benefits And More.

• Average earnings up to £32,838
• Guaranteed minimum of £26,227 for 40 hours
• Monday to Friday days (6am start time)
• No scheduled bank holidays

What you’ll do on a typical day

• Making deliveries to commercial properties and putting products into a specified room
• You will be working in partnership with the same driver each day
• You will know your work pattern weeks in advance
• Full manual handling training will be given

What you need to succeed at XPO

• You must be physically fit as the deliveries can be a little heavy
• Previous experience would be great for this role, although full training can be given
• You will be working at customers sites making complex deliveries so must have previous experience in customer facing roles
