About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join Caledonia’s Finance Team. This role will strengthen the strategic capacity of the service and support the continued delivery of high-quality financial management across the organisation.

Our Finance Manager will deliver a high-quality finance service, building strong collaborative relationships with internal and external customers. They will provide timely and insightful financial information to support efficient operations, effective business planning and informed decision-making, ensuring value for money and positive outcomes for our tenants. The Finance Manager will lead all operational finance activities, including income, expenditure and service charges, while working closely with the Head of Finance to ensure compliance with tax, regulatory and reporting requirements.

What you will bring

You will have proven experience of leading, developing and motivating teams, ensuring the timely delivery of key finance outputs while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. You will also drive the ongoing development of the Finance function, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen performance and enhance the value of the service provided.

As a qualified accountant, you will have operated successfully at a senior level, providing credible support, challenge and influence on key financial matters, while delivering high-quality outcomes in a complex organisational environment.

The Finance Manager is a Hybrid Role, which means you will work flexibly from a range of sites including: working from home and at our Caledonia Group Offices (based in Dundee or Perth) for a minimum of two days per week.
