Pathway to an Automotive Apprenticeship

Are you passionate about cars and looking to break into the automotive industry?

Our Pathway to Apprenticeship programme provides you with the training and qualifications needed to start working in an automotive garage.

We will train you in the following qualifications and help find you an apprenticeship placement with an automotive garage.

Over this intensive 9-week programme, you'll gain hands-on training in automotive workshop safety, tyre fitting, vehicle maintenance, and other essential industry skills. The programme is designed to prepare you for employment and support you in securing an automotive apprenticeship.

Please note that training is unpaid; you will begin earning once you successfully passed the training and secured an apprenticeship position.

Auto Apprenticeships We Offer

• Autocare Technician Level 2
• Light Motor Level 3
• Heavy Vehicle Level 3

Applicants Must

• Be aged 16-18
• Not in full-time education
• Not employed in a garage
• Live in Greater Manchester
• Have a minimum of Grade 4 in Maths and English
• Applicants with special educational, health, and social care needs can still apply if they have an Education and Healthcare Plan (EHCP) from their local authority.
